Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process through this website, why and for how long. Version of 2026-10-28.

Data controller

CONSTRUNIQUE SRL (UNIQU3 Construct), Sint-Jobsstraat 177, 2200 Herentals, Belgium, CBE 0749.589.670. Contact: info@uniqu3.be.

Data processed

  • Quote request: name, e-mail, phone and company (if given), client type, type of work, site municipality, project description.
  • Abuse protection: an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, used only to limit the number of submissions and deleted after one hour. Our form does not store your IP address in readable form.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps the usual web-server access logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) for the security and operation of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your request and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing and take no automated decisions about you.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the UNIQU3 Construct team handling your request and to our technical processors: website hosting and e-mail (Amen (amen.pt)). It is never sold or passed on. Should a provider outside the European Economic Area be involved, the transfer would be covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Retention

  • Requests with no contract: at most 12 months after the last exchange.
  • Requests followed by a contract: for the duration of the relationship, then the statutory accounting and tax retention periods.
  • Anti-abuse IP hash: 1 hour.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@uniqu3.be; we reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
